Called the phone number on the info we got. They have a hearing some time during January. After that hearing, and 60 days delay to allow for appeal, the settlement amounts will be finalized, and a date will be set for distribution. Most likely they are estimating April/May.
It was suggested I call again at the end of January to get the specifics. She was very helpful.
Incidentally if you give them your name when you call they can confirm that you have been entered as a participant.
Does anyone have a phone number for the firm that is handling the settlement. I would like to call and make sure they received my forms. Thanks
Don’t know if it’s the same class action suit but the info I received said it had to be postmarked by November 17, 2008.

The hearing was Jan 5th. 60 day for appeals, no appeal..then the process will move forward.
