This week, Wells Fargo announced they will advertise to WFA client that they are eligible for a free credit report.  To get the free report, YOUR clients must go to a bank branch to collect a pin number.  They'll certainly be bombarded by bankers when they do...

Last month I received an email that "the following clients will be transferred to the Client Support Team" unless you fill out the attached spreadsheet and post your reason why we should not migrate the accounts.  Negative consent and arrogant tone.

Roughly a year ago, we were notified that our clients would be receiving a packet advertising security backed lines of credit.  The letter was signed by WFA Banking Services lead Dorian Hansen.  Only after an internal email revolt was the initiative stopped.

There is a limit somewhere.  Not sure where that limit is or what will make the pendulum shift the other way.  In my experience, only attrition reverses this type of management behavior.  We need advocacy w/in the WFA leadership and I don't feel like we have it.
