most have been approved by regional and are in the channel review. Payment is supposed to be right after that.

Here it is mid-January and they supposedly are now through the 2nd channel (whatever the hell that is). What have they been waiting for? This work was completed in September, and now more that three months later they just getting around to this stuff? There is always an excuse with this outfit. I took great delight in the fact that they had a big producer and his people walked out of a Michigan office last week. Serves the bastards right. They lie!
Expecting an e-mail by months end with payment by 2/15.
Anyone else hearing that?Hearing from home office and actually being done are 2 different things. If they are say feb 15 you could probably expect the documents in April.

Anyone else hearing that? [/quote] What a mess. Glad I didn't push my June snapshot to Sept, as suggested by BOM. Can't wait to see how long the Dec snapshot extends.....Once again turning to a public web site for information about 4 front.
What a mess. Anyone paid or have a contract yet. If I communicated with my clients like this I wouldn't have any.You hit the nail on the head! If we dealt with clients the way they deal with us, we would be toast.
That’s what I heard too! Then I heard docs will be out next week. That is months begining.
Its actually taken more time for the September snapshot/payment than it did for the June snapshot/payment!!!!
I can't believe that there has been no communication. They've actually updated the 4front website recently. It no longer states payment will be done in January. FWIW I heard at the beginning of the week that we would see our emails this week hopefully and payment within 10 business days. Keeping my fingers crossed.If you could afford to do it, you should tell them nevermind you dont want it anymore.the manager tool shows mine as being through channel review. I expect docs in the next week.
