Greetings All,



The 2010 MSSB comp plan put an end to CAP/WSP(?). (pre-tax discounted stock purchase plan). I know we were a bit early on 2010 comp but what is rumored/confirmed elsewhere (MER, WFC, etc.)?

WFA- no official word on the PCG side ( traditional wirehouse format ), The ISG side ( brokers in banks ) have monthly numbers to hit. Payout starts at 20% and finishes at 37%. McCann just took a salary with no potential bonuses. 850k a year. Writing is on the wall. Salary is a comin. Brokers and managers will not be making more than the head of wealth management at UBS. Like or hate the company, this is your crystal ball.
