lpl, and I couldn’t be happier, increased my net 50%!! you can’t beat the tax advantages either. I’m shuting it down for the holidays. Not much is going to happen between now and New Years. Happy holidays guys, I hope you all find the balls to leave that lousy organization. I’m also sympathetic for what you’re going through. They ruined 3 of my past Christmas holidays with their comp change conference calls every Dec. Never again!!

21% under 300, 25% UNDER 350K
...and to think...I though my bank program sucked...you should all walk out en mass.  December 21 would be a good day to do just that....looooooong weekend.  Lots of clients will be home and if you all walk out together, there won't be anybody left in the office to be calling your clients...   That kind of reminds me of Christmas Vacation and the jelly of the month club...

EZ what percent of book came, we have had several reps leave to Smith Barney but there retention numbers have been AWFUL (<50%), looks like they will be paying back that check they got.

Welcome to Wachovia guys Get yourselves a pay raise

Nov 30, 2007 12:05 pm

expect to only take about 50-60%. 75% of that was fee based or l shares so the numbers worked out for me. I net about 120k in fees/yr. if you go to another bank like some of my peers did don’t expect to move more than 25-35%. my peers experienced those retention numbers.

Not really a big deal, nothing changes if you are over 350k, cash flow goes up for 300-350k. Under 300 is ugly…21%, get aniyher 4% if you hit certain metrics.

The grid has stayed mostly the same. However, 8 net new cross penetrated accounts per quarter will be difficult.
It's easy - there is a "cross pen" report on cc.  move some sand around and you make the #.
