I am a small independent RIA who has recently started with interactive brokers as custodian. Does any one know any software that is cheap and provide peformance reporting, fess and rebalancing? I do separately managed accounts.

Morningstar office is one of the best (and respected).  It is relatively cheap at 6k per year.
