Does anyone use the Bill Good system?  I was hoping to get some insight to its value and how it may be used at Wells Fargo Advisors?  I was also hoping to see a current copy of the RUF if anyone has it.

I am curious about this system as well…Anyone know how much it costs? Is it still a good system? I knew several brokers that used in 10 years ago…how about now?

It is the best. Bar none.

What’s the cost?

I would like to know cost of the Bill Good Gorilla CRM, too. When you go to his site, they wont just quote the price…you have to register and be contacted. No thanks, first let me know the cost.

I think it is in the neighborhood of $5K.

I’ve been a BG user since 2006 and it is a great system, if you use it properly.  I don’t because I have only one part time assistant.  It really helps you keep prospects from falling through the cracks.  Timing and have money available for clients is always a big thing, you don’t want to forget!  The “Gorilla” system puts everything on auto pilot.  If you have a decent size book that you need to manage better I would highly recommend it.  If you don’t have many clients yet use something simpler that you can afford.  Call them for current pricing and don’t worry about a hard sell from them, they use a consulting type of sales approach and will nudge you but it is not a hard sell.

Can you elaborate a little more on how you use the system?

The system costs about $7,500 for one rep, it needs at least three people to function well - an advisor, a service assistant (inbound calls) and a sales assistant (outbound calls). Register and download the white papers, they are free and while yes, you will get dripped on with sales literature, the calls are very, very low key. Bill and Mike dripped on me for 8 years before I bought. Stupid me.

See https://www.cfginc.com/prorep/PMT/ExhibitA.asp for a decent list of the options available. Only the Gorilla is a true and complete office management suite.

Why even ask a retarded question like that when you know the answer?
