Series 24 anyone

Hi
Just needed info. if anyone on these forums has taken the series 24 exam. Im supposed to take mine next week ... so was wondering if someone could give me some feedback of what the exam was like? was it harder than the Series 7 and what study material they used. Also, has anyone taken the 24 this year ... I have heard there have been some changes in the test bank and material aswell. Is this true ? Thanks maniMani,
So what was your take on the 24? Was it harder then the 7 (or 66 if you have)? The study material is just so dam dry I cant get into it at all...I found the 24 much harder than the 7. With the 7, you could rule out answers and for the most part use common sense. But for the 24, you really have to know your stuff. You’ll get questions that are point blank like: What is Reg A?

Is there anything that you noticed the test was very heavy in? Ive heard there was a ton of new issue questions.Its been a little while since I took the 24. I took it right after the NASD and NYSE merged, so I had a strange test.

Eventually I actually want to get the 4 as well, and jump to field. Do you have the 4?What do you mean product area? Are you approving sales material?
Nope. I just have the 7, 24, and 66. And I barely use any of them.
