FHA loans are for people who don’t have the money to put 20% down… why would we want people with no money…

We are targeting borrowers who are looking to refinance or purchase new homes. We generate both conventional leads and leads above 80% LTV’s. We call them FHA leads, since it became very popular in the last couple years. Most people think FHA is the best option for them since it is sponsored by the government, even if they qualify for a conventional loan. Most of our leads are below 75% LTV.
