Hi,

  For does that work at EJ do you no of the quota when you start after eval/grad for sales or client needed  im base in canada ?   Thanks will start my series 7  this month

Wow, I had to read that twice.  

  OK, so I think what you're asking is do any of us that work for EDJ know what the quotas are after Eval/Grad.    The production goals are very small.  At the end of your 8th week of selling you have to be at $300 net, $600 at week 12, and then $1000 by week 16.  Those are cumulative goals.  So, let's say you land a $50,000 account that invests in something that pays you 2% commissions, you'll net $400 ($50,000 X 2%(gross) X 40%(net) = $400).  In that same 16 weeks you should have made 2000 contacts either face to face or on the phone.  Somewhere in there someone should buy something from you.  If not, then you're doing something wrong.    The production requirements go up from there, but that will get you thinking in the right direction.
