Hello There,

I have always wanted to work in the this industry. However due to a issue in my past I have my minor midsdaemenor in my past all bit a SD misdamenor. The misdamenor has been expunged but just in way that finra wont recognize it . 1203.4 that some idiot foolish liberal lawyer at FINRA uses means to ignore expungments.  I have been told I need a MC-400 will any of the wirehouses support this? Or is off to Bobs financial planning or I have to wait years before the SD period lapses to come into the industry.

Thanks,

The best way to find out is to apply and see what happens.  The worst that could happen is you find out it's a no go.  Just be honest and go with it!  You may be surprised.  (You may want to brush up on your spelling and basic grammar prior to applying, however).
