I started at a hedge fund about 6 months ago. The place was just starting out, and I was one of the first employees there. I went from intern to senior partner. Things just didn't work out there, and I had to leave.

I was supposed to be sponsored for my 7 and 66 through the firm, but it turns out that they couldn't. I won't go into specifics.

So now I'm left with 6 months of varied experience, from sales to recruiting to training to underwriting. I don't have a book or any licenses. I am 100% ready for the 7, and I will be ready for the 66 in 2-3 weeks. I was conducting a 7 class for our interns.

Can anyone direct me to firms that will sponsor. I'm trying to avoid Axa and EJ for now. I would also prefer to work in NJ, although I may consider NY if the offer is right.

Thanks in advance for any help.

go to Merrill Lynch PMD program.  With your background they will hire you if you have a bachlors degree.  PM and I can prob get you an interview.  I get 1000 dollars if you get hired so I have an incentive to help
