Does anyone know what the latest is on the legal issue with Training Consultants?  I have scheduled my series 66 on 11/1 and have been studing the Training Consultants material for about a month.  Does anyone know if FINRA has removed Training Consultants questions from the exam?

I was worried about this also, being that I have my exam coming up and I am also using their materials.
Something that I saw listed the exams for which FINRA was suing. I didn't see the 66 on there, just FINRA exams.
Who knows if there's another lawsuit on the way though? I just did a google search of news related to TC and still no word on what is going on...

The 66 was not part of the Suit per a call I had with TC.

Life after wirehouse? 1

After 18 months in the industry, all at WFA, I will be leaving the firm. I have not had great success at a wirehouse. It started well in the apprentice period and the first 6 months, but I missed my hurdle at the 9 month mark and have been scraping by ever since. After taking a further look at the requirements for the next 3 years, I realize that my head is going to be on the chopping block for most of that time barring someone in my network hitting the Powerball. I take full responsibility for this, but I will add that my firm has offered me little, if any, support at the local level....More
