Can someone please tell me what this test is like at AGE.  I had
the interview and then was asked to take a test. I know the test is
indicative of how well you may do on the Series 7 and that the test
takes about 1.5 hours.  What material is on the test?<!–

Two parts.  Math and Logic.

You won’t be able to use a calculator & if you don’t score high enough the manager won’t make you an offer.  The good news is you’ll know your score before you leave the office because you will take the test on a computer. On the other hand if he tells you he’ll call you with the results…forgetaboutit.

Sounds like a test based on math and logic is a guarantee for a racial discrimination lawsuit.

Did you know that school districts all over the country use IQ tests as
a valid indicator of intelligence EXCEPT for one ethnic group?
Math and logic tests are likely to be nothing more than proxies for IQ
tests. Much like the former SAT.

IQ tests are more logic than math.

According to the BOM, it "determines" your ability to pass the S7.
