Series 66 round 2 - HELP

So I just failed my series 66. The firm had me using firesolutions and I supplmented with Training Consultants. I was getting 87%-95% on the practice exams. I felt more confidant than I did with the 7. There was no way I wouldn't pass if I was scoring that high on the practice exams. Well it didn't turn out like I anticipated and I left dissapointed with a 69%. I have one more chance to get this! I know I have test anxiety issues which I will work on but I wondered if anyone had a seminar, tutor or something else I should look into. The test was a lot harder than TC questions. Firesolutions has you memorize too much unnrelevant information. So Im a little confused what to do at this point. I talked to so many PMDs that said the test was very similar to TC and that was not the case for me. I felt like the issues I ran into are not in the study material. So now my plan is to take a one day course to get a hold of my test anxiety, and re do Firesolutions and TC in the next 30 days. Has anyone had anything similar happen? Any suggestions? It is greatly appreciated!
Scoring 87 to 95% probably means that the questions are too easy. As you discovered, the test can be challenging, A lot of people but not all who work for ML are required to use Fire Solutions. I do not think it would make any sense to use the same materials again, especially when you have gone through all of the questions. You should probably get different materials that are more challenging and/or get help from someone.

Hi FAJourney, what did you find on the test that was different than TC? My test is in the morning and I’m using TC due to high praise. Your comments of course worry me as to the level of preparedness I assume to have.
Did you feel that the questions were such that you have not seen before? I feel that the questions are a bit easy as well on TC but were you getting 85-95% range on the first try or after taking them several times? hopefully you’ll see this and respond sometimes soon as I might be in the same boat by tomorrow I wish you luck in your next round of studies. there are a multitude of vendors Kaplan,STC,Passperfect. quite a few of my students are in the ML PMD program most are in the midtown NYC office if thats close to you. they may be able to help you and give you some advice from experience… a few of them just switched teams (not easy to do but definitely doable)
