Im in training currently for my series 6 and im going back and forth with whoever approves the U4 bc of a misdemenour I had 5 years ago. It was failure to return rental property <$500, for some reason, it was classified as a Class A. Im terrified its going to disqualify me and I have wasted 3 weeks training… I know larceny and theft misdemenours disqulify you, but what are the chances that they will let this slide. It was a video tape rented and not returned, so it wasnt like I outright stole it, just forgot to return it. Please help!
