I signed up for primerica but I think I will be better suited elsewhere. Primerica requires recruiting to advance to higher commissions and well, i'm just not with that. I signed up thinking the commission rates would be similar to the standard in the industry but quickly realized that 25% of annual premiums for life insurance just will not cut it.

Since i'm already signed up, I decided to study/pass the series 6/63 and life agent exams and move on.

So, where do I go? What firms would be a good fit for me?

Is this a full time job for you?  I assume since you've been a memember since 2009 and have 48 posts you've learned alot on this site.  Where are you leaning?

In the past, I've tried EDJ and other firms. But i'm looking into a getting a bank position(financial advisor/personal banker).

Does anyone have a list of good companies I can give a shot at in southern california?
