I am a college sr., just submitted my business plan the the Merrill Branch Manager, now he wants to meet with me ASAP. What does this mean? What should I expect in this next meeting? Thanks for your help.

Most likely he will have a few questions about your business plan. Then he will have you take the ML assessment exam, just basic math and economics. To see if you can pass the Series 7. If you fail this he will not bother with you unless you literally have proved that you have access to $10million+ of assets. If you pass they might put you through another round of interviews then salary negotiation. Not just anyone can get into Merrill Lynch, good luck and if you do get in work hard and there is no reason you cannot make it in this industry with this firm!
