Hey guys, I am looking over my offer from the Merrill Lynch PMD Program.

There is an agreement form to Repay all Costs of Training if a PMD were to leave within the three (3) years of the program.  I have read multiple times on this forum that ML does not go after people for this debt, as long as they do not sign with a competitor (ie:  a company that offers similar services to that of ML) within one year after termination.

Is there anyone out there who has left the ML PMD Program that can shed some light on this?  Has anyone experienced a situation where ML actually acted on this agreement and forced you to repay for its training?

Any insight would be much appreciated.  Thank you!

Did you ever have to go through with a repayment? I am trying to find out more information about the program.
