Hi All,

Just out of curiousity - I've heard people say that Jones wants you to hit 50 accounts (in addition to some very attainable, basic requirements/goals) before you qualify for an office. I also realize they have no hard set rules about office openings and that they take the individual FA into consideration (i.e. the member new/new getting an office 6 weeks from graduation).

Do those 50 accounts refer to 50 different households or 50 accounts period, irrespective to how many households make up the 50 accounts?

I know that the new account bonus system only takes into consideration households...

accounts, but it is only one variable among many. The accounts cannot be from relatives, for example, in order to count towards qualification. However, if you blow away the numbers, no one cares.

Yeah, just hit the numbers quickly and it won't be a problem.  Look at it this way...if you can't hit the (low) hurdle they set for a new office, you have larger problems than getting an office...

Just some advice...hit it as QUICKLY as possible.  The reason being, your expectations rise quickly month after month.  So if you start out real slow, it becomes harder to hit the goal.
