Hello all

I have an interview with Merrill Lynch and I have to take an assessment test.  I have no clue what to expect can anyone tell me what I should be prepared for?

Its a personality test to gauge your ability to interact with people, network, etc. When in doubt to what the answer may be, always err towards the response that shows you are a confident, outgoing person who loves speaking with and meeting new people, speaking in front of large groups, etc. Mother wants to know whether you will be a go getter and go meet propsects or if you prefer to lock yourself in your office and wait for the phone to ring…

I have just recently took their  test.  What Blarmston said is pretty much what will give you a good score on the personaltiy test.  Also, they do have a math and general knowledge portion.

Brush up on basic algebra like adding and multiplying fractions, area
of a triangle, etc.  You won’t be allowed to use a calculator.
