I have been working for AXA Advisors for a few months and really enjoy it. Business is starting to pick up and I have been thinking about future plans. My question is what is a good career path for an FA, is the best option to continue to be a producer, go into management, go into some kind of specialization, or something else? My business is not fee based so most of my production comes from initial contributions and some residual from life policies & investment accounts. I would like to make as much money as possible in this industry and I am willing to put in the effort. I appreciate some experienced advice. Thank you!

Find some success first, then think about your future. A few months? Seriously, put three years in. Worry about doing a good job, then you'll make good money. If you worry about making good money, you'll instead do a crap job. And that is EXPERIENCED advice.
