Hey all -

I'm hoping you can provide some feedback/recommedations on what advisor firm would be the best for mid 30's career changer looking to get into the financial advisor field.

I've done substatinaly research on Edward Jones, Northwestern Mutual and Fidelity but would like to see what other wirehouses people recommend.

Here are a few things that are important to me from a firm standpoint:

1). Base Salary to start - Understand that will go away eventually go away.

2). Products - Don't want to be selling 1 particular set of solutions to a customer (aka. Life Insurance).

3). Training

Look forward to your feedback here as I look to make this change this year!

Thanks again
