Hello everyone,

I am in the process of relocating my business to another outfit.  I am going to be interviewing with Morgan and Smith in the next two weeks and both managers told me to bring my business plan in.

I've used the search tool to get some answers, but many topics weren't really too helpful.  I need something a little more detailed and a little more elaborate.  Preferably, if someone can post a sample biz plan that would help me in ways you can't imagine.

I understand I need to outline my daily, weekly, and monthly activities.  I understand that they want to take a peek at what type of network I have or am going to be involved with.  But let me ask you this, what would you expect to be a good plan considering that I am young and have a low network of HNW individuals to begin with?  Should I focus on my activities more so than who I know?  Or if I am honest about my small network, should I just focus on how I will be working to build my network through hosting seminars, setting up at trade shows, or participate in networking events?

If you were or are a manager at these larger firms what would you want to see from person from background?

I've been in the biz a little over a year and am relocating to another area.  I've really build my biz more through cold calling, setting up appointments, and getting referrals.  I haven't tapped into my network really.

If you have built your current business by cold calling, appointments, etc and it has worked for you…Bingo! There is your business plan!

Will this plan work to meet your numbers?

Good luck.
