Branch manager salary

I was just wandering what the branch managers at the top wirehouses make? My question is specific to New York or other main cities. BM’s work very very hard, the manager at my office is unbeleievable, I was just wandering if their pay is comparable to how hard they really have to work.
I would check vault.com. they have pretty decent salary information by company, position and location

I think it depends on the size of the office. They make a salary
but the bulk of their comp is based on hitting goals. I was told
the salary plus bonus goes somewhere from 300k up well beyond a million.
