Does anyone know of a good inexpensive software that is based on POST Modern Portfolio Theory that will enable me to construct asset allocations, and the rebalancing of those allocations quarterly? It would need to allow for ETFs, stocks, funds bonds, etc

I would also need a risk analysis questionnaire software (if it isn't a part of the aforementioned software) that segregates clients among 4 levels of risk tolerance.

Thanks

Steve
