Ok… doing nothing on a monday morning but dealing with admin stuff… so I have this show on HULU in the background… Those brokers selling Sandisk… seriously looks like Boiler Room… Is that what wirehouses are really like?

and keep watching that show. Some of the lines are straight out of boiler room, verbatim.

i actually started watching season 1 on hulu… I like it a bit more.

I watched  season 1 the first two episodes, Its all about trading in and out of the market day traders Etc. , It does not portray your typical financial planner giving advice to clients.

But what is really halarious is watching boiler room, and then watchingwall st warriors season 2, when they follow the chop shop.

Never seen the show, but my father (who came up through the wirehouse world in the 60’s and 70’s) said the scene in Wall Street of the wirehouse pit with Bud Fox on the phones was spot-on.
