Need some help here. I have been in the business for about 4 years and work as part of a  team. My role has been focused on prospecting which I do everyday (cold calling). I have located many HNW prospects that are willing to meet but are reluctant to come into our office (in a major city). My Senior partners are also reluctant to leave the office to go to meetings outside the city so I am left going to meet with many of these people on my own and have been very unsuccessful closing business. Should my partners be going out and meeting these people if they really want to grow? or should I just stop whining, keep my head down and push ahead?  Your advice is appreciated.

Lots of variables. Are you “pitching” the senior guys on the cold calls? If yes then STOP. Its obvious they are not concerned with your leads/success if they will not meet with qualified prospects. I say find something you have confidence in, pitch it and go close the deal yourself.

Hope this helps. If not tell us more about what is going on.
