I am very surprised that there hasn’t been a $1MM dollar producer put a book out on how exactly he built his business. I have read everything under the sun(mostly on airplanes, best time ever to read) and have picked up bits and pieces… But I am surprised that no has done such a thing…

The Million-Dollar Financial Services Practice: A Proven System for Becoming a Top Producer (Hardcover)by David J. Mullen Jr. (Author)   The answer to your question. I haev read this book several times.  It is a FANTASTIC "how-to" on how to build a very good practice.  It's a very step-by-step approach.  It's best suited for someone at least a few years in the business, but it's also a great roadmap for a newbie.  I swear by this book.

I agree that this is a decent reference guide, but more so for people out 5-7 years… Does nothing for new people…
