Last day of the month- I'm fried!

I walk into September with over 60k in various trailers that will hit the grid.  It's a "non-fee month" yet not too shabby. Still, I often feel that I am on a continuing treadmill!  Granted, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I'd like to hear from (useful) posters' what their business mentality is/continues to be.  I'm still concerned about how I'm going to produce the additional 50-75k that will make it a "good month." It's like this every month.  How do you maintain the rookie mentality yet still appreciate/acknowledge what you've already accomplished?

Man, how many assests do you have under management? That is some serious production.

I like the money, but what really gets me off is closing deals. I keep focused on that and the money follows. It’s a small change in mindset that brings on a significant difference. Always be closing…

Coffee is for closers, now put down that coffee!
