Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations in re: to arbitration cases?  My old firm (see signon) went bust in 2001 or 02. When it went under an arbitration filed in 1999 was still pending.  It has never come to a gearing, and appparently never will but it is on my U4.  Anyone know if there is something that I can do?
