I sold my book of business just under a year ago.  The buyer was to pay in 3 installments…the second of which is due in February.  Based upon calls not being returnd, I have a suspicion the buyer is contenplating not following through on the remaining installments.

Does anyone have expertise in terms of my recourse options?  I actually sold to his corp, which is a very viable entity.  Although not spelled out in the agreement are there any FINRA/arbitration options?   Thank you in advance foryour input!

No offense, but dumb question to post on here.  Just consult an attorney.  I doubt FINRA has any jurisdiction over it.
