Here is the situation. I have a partner ,we split commission 50/50.We also share a sales asst. My partner is being accused of having his sales asst sign for HIM on a brokerage application. I understand this is reason for termination but my question is…If he is found guilty do you think I am facing termination as well.?..Let me preface by saying I had no idea this happened.

I think you'll be investigated and questioned as your practices, as well as, what you knew about your partner and when you knew it.

I know from experience, a partner can scr*w you; even one you've been friends with since junior high school. However, in my case, I was able to turn the tables. It took a while, but I did it. Now, my ex-partner has tax liens, banks chasing him down, and has lost 80% of his staff.

Yes, there is justice in the world.

THis is perfect. He gets fired and the split goes to 100/0 in your favor.

Way to point out the bright side Bobby.

I may disagree with ya but no doubt you're good for a laugh.

If you really want a good laugh, you ought to see the stuff that I DON'T post!

In my opinion, your partner should come to the realization that his summer will be full of lazy days at the beach. As for you, start looking for a new partner…

Is there any way what so ever outside of leaving the industry, of getting out of paying a promissary note?? Has it been done, and if so what was the argument?

You seem preoccupied with troubled teenaged girls.

Why is that?
