I think we'd all like to get your take on it once you've read the whole thing. No doubt, lots of folks are going to be sanctioned, fined, go to jail.... /sarc

I think flash crash was a planned event, a massive intentional theft. Just like changing m2m, uptick rule, was a way to allow the hedge funds to rape/pillage the market on the way down.
