I recently left Jones after 6 months for a variety of reasons. Has anyone had any experience dealing with the non compete and the 75k fine for "Training Costs". I would like to use my licenses elsewhere because it certainly makes me more empoyable. I certainly dont need to get sued 75k of which I dont have just trying to obtain a new job elsewhere. I am new to the industry and looking for input thanks.

I was at Jones but for over 7 years. In my experience they will come after you for the training costs unless they fire you. If you leave on your own and attempt to use that license you will get served with a lawsuit.
