I would like to improve on doing seminars. I want to set more appts while there and of course increase sales. Does anyone have any recommendations for books, tapes or websites? Thanks

p.s. seminar topics include ltc, life ins, mutual funds, investing, etc.

Your topics are boring and noone wants to hear about that crap. Tell them something they've never heard before.

p.s. seminar topics include ltc, life ins, mutual funds, investing, etc.First, join a good Toastmasters group.  They have the best public speaking training in the world for professionals.Ask top producers in your office if you can attend their seminars.  Just sit in the audience and watch. Also, attend the seminars of your competition.  There may be a ethics issue if you lie about your identity, so just sign up as yourself and go.Finally, ask your wholesalers if they can reccommend seminars.
