What have people's experience been regarding production levels as related to the deposit base of a bank or credit union they're associated with? I'm looking at partnering with a CU with 100MM base and just want to know a ball park production range to expect from this source, or benchmark to base performance from.

Not at a bank, but from what I have heard, the assets don’t necessarily matter. What matters is the Liquid Net Investable Assets in the area. WHY? Because half the clients with deposits at the bank have a $10K cash balance at the bank and 400K in their 401K at work. You get their OTHER money, not their bank money. YOU have to ferret that stuff out.
