Adams Hall has $1.3 billion in AUM and a staff of 14, Mariner said in a statement. Adams Hall will keep its name and will gradually integrate its systems into Mariner.
Mariner’s growth may pick up speed this year. Last month it said it hired Brian O’Regan, a 20-year hand at Investments who worked in sales and relationship management, as its senior vice president for growth and development. Mariner hopes to open offices in Chicago, Omaha, north Texas and Phoenix. The firm has about $2 billion in AUM.
