Morgan Stanley has opened a third office in Miami focused on serving clients in Latin America. The office, staffed by 13 teams of International Client Advisors, includes 61 employees and 22 advisors. The advisors mostly came from Credit Suisse, which previously occupied the offices at 1111 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1400, in Miami. The office reports to Miami Complex Manager Kevin McCarthy and is supervised by Branch Manager Cristian Gonzalez Lami, who has 20 years of experiences in the wealth management industry, most recently at Credit Suisse. Morgan Stanley's International Wealth Management division consists of more than 400 advisors at more than a dozen offices, serving more than 140,000 families in over 60 countries worldwide.

Vestorly, an automated content marketing and analytics tool for financial services, announced a new partnership Monday with Dow Jones. Vestorly can now select Dow Jones content - including Wall Street Journal news, features and commentary - for personalized email newsletters advisors can use to engage with clients and potentially generate sales leads. Justin Wisz, the CEO of Vestorly, said this partnership and others help advisors share professional content in a compliant way without having to purchase multiple subscriptions. Vestorly CPO Ralph Pahlmeyer added that advisors can use the analytics functions on Vestory to learn what clients enjoy reading to improve communications.

Famous actor Johnny Depp will be selling nine pieces by artist Jean-Michel Basquiat from his personal collection at auction at the end of the month according to Artnet. Though Christie's, who will be handling the sale, claims that it has been working with Depp since the beginning of the year, the timing is interesting, given Depp's recent marital troubles. Celebrity divorces can be quite costly, and Depp is currently accused of domestic violence against estranged wife Amber Heard, so he might need some liquidity for a breakup that's looking pretty ugly.
