Natalie Dallavalle


Natalie Dallavalle is an associate in Lowenstein Sandler’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, including trusts and estates disputes.  In addition to her expertise in all phases of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, deposition and trial, Natalie is also experienced in a wide range of litigation matters including breach of contract claims, fraud, minority shareholder derivative disputes, and complex commercial disputes.

Natalie is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and cum laude from The College of New Jersey.  She is admitted in New York and New Jersey.

Notes Found After Decedent’s Death Can’t be a Valid Will
A New Jersey court held that notes found after a decedent’s death didn’t constitute a valid will and were, at best, a work-in-progress, subject to revisions.
