Michael D. Simon is a shareholder with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. in its West Palm Beach, Florida office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation. Mr. Simon is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and serves as Chairman of the ACTEC Fiduciary Litigation Committee. Mr. Simon has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America from 2007 to 2012 by The Best Lawyers in America and as a Florida Super Lawyer from 2006 to 2013 by Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
