Elaine Bucher is a shareholder with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. in its West Palm Beach, Florida office. She focuses her practice on wills, trusts and estates, complex estate, gift and generation-skipping tax issues, trust and estate administration, and fiduciary litigation matters. Ms. Bucher is Florida Chair for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and is also a member of ACTEC’s Estate and Gift Tax Committee and Asset Protection Committee.
