Elaine Bucher is a shareholder with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. in its West Palm Beach, Florida office. She focuses her practice on wills, trusts and estates, complex estate, gift and generation-skipping tax issues, trust and estate administration, and fiduciary litigation matters. Ms. Bucher is Florida Chair for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and is also a member of ACTEC’s Estate and Gift Tax Committee and Asset Protection Committee. Ms. Bucher is very involved with the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, where she sits on the Executive Council and chairs the Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee.
