Barbara A. Noah

Barbara A. Noah is a Professor of Law at Western New England University School of Law.  She teaches tort law and a variety of health law subjects including Bioethics, Medical Malpractice, and Health Care Finance.  She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and she currently serves on a hospital ethics committee at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.
