Clearly there's a lot of cocaine on Wall Street, said a Drug Enforcement Administration official in announcing the arrest of more than a dozen people, most of them brokers, at penny-stock brokerage firm Brooks, Weinger, Robbins & Leeds for allegedly trading drugs for stock and prospecting lists. And clearly this is not an aberration.
